National Sales Manager

This is an
in-office leadership role based in our Burlington headquarters.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of esthetician expertise, sales acumen, and strategic leadership to drive growth, strengthen client partnerships, and lead our partner sales team to success.

What You'll Be Doing

As our
National Sales Manager,
you'll be the driving force behind Luxe Derma's growth across Canada. You'll lead sales strategy, support partners, and foster meaningful relationships with clinics and professionals nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • National Sales Leadership:
    Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies that achieve revenue targets and align with company goals.
  • Team Management & Development:
    Lead, mentor, and inspire the Partner Sales & Support team to meet and exceed performance targets. Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing training.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with our key partners, ensuring exceptional service, education, and brand alignment.
  • Partner Support:
    Serve as the main point of contact for partner accounts, ensuring their needs are met through proactive communication, follow-ups, and tailored support.
  • Market Expansion:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential accounts to expand Luxe Derma's reach across Canada.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting
    : Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports and insights to the CEO on sales progress, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Product Education:
    Leverage your esthetician expertise to educate partners and sales staff on product knowledge, protocols, and treatment techniques.
  • Events & Representation
    : Represent Luxe Derma at trade shows, conferences, and training events nationally and internationally, promoting our brands and strengthening our reputation in the industry.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the CEO, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging, branding, and customer experience.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Esthetician (Required):
    You understand professional skincare from hands-on experience and can speak the language of beauty professionals.
  • Proven Sales Leadership:
    3–5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or aesthetics distribution.
  • Strategic Thinker:
    You're goal-oriented with a strong ability to plan, execute, and measure success across multiple markets.
  • Relationship Builder:
    You excel at developing and maintaining strong client and team relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Exceptional Communication:
    Confident, persuasive, and personable—whether presenting to a large audience or connecting one-on-one.
