Role Description

This full-time Barista/Baker role is based on-site in Sudbury, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, handling food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service in both French and English. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, operating equipment efficiently, and managing inventory effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Barista skills, including beverage preparation and basic coffee knowledge
  • Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage with customers and provide a welcoming environment
  • Effective Communication abilities, both verbal and written in French and English
  • Experience in Food Preparation and maintaining hygiene standards
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in French is an asset
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
