Beni Breakfast & Lunch is looking for a friendly, reliable, and passionate Barista / Bartender to join our team. If you love great coffee, well-crafted cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, welcoming environment, we'd love to meet you.

About Beni

Beni is a neighbourhood brunch spot known for thoughtful food, quality coffee, creative cocktails, and warm hospitality. We pride ourselves on consistency, teamwork, and taking care of both our guests and our staff.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and serving espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, and teas
  • Crafting brunch cocktails and classic bar drinks with care and consistency
  • Providing friendly, attentive service at the bar and café counter
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee stations
  • Managing orders, payments, and guest interactions with confidence
  • Working collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
  • Following all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a barista, bartender, or both (preferred but not required for the right candidate)
  • Comfort working in a busy, high-energy environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays
