**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages according to established recipes
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bubble tea bar area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and notifying management when reordering is necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance beverage preparation skills and knowledge of bubble tea products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in food service or as a Barista is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with cash handling experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
