What You Will Do:

• Supervise work to ensure compliance to company processes.

• Support department clerical staff to ensure operational needs are met.

• Identify training requirements in Work Management and for field workforce through observation of interaction between clerical employees and field forces and make recommendations for improvement to supervisors.

• Perform project work as required and determined by the Supervisor Work Management (typically relating to internal process/productivity improvements).-

• Communicate Exchange Packages, deliver training and company updates as required.

• As assigned, act as Supervisor Work Management and assume all responsibilities and accountabilities during absences such as vacation, training, and illnesses.

• Work jointly with Supervisor Work Management and develop recommendations on employee performance and hiring decisions.

• Provide support in regional emergencies.

• Handle escalated customer inquiries as required.

• Participate in after-hours 24/7 Emergency On Call Rotation.

Who you are:

• Hold a related University degree and four‐plus years' experience OR six‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience. 

• Excellent understanding of company policies and procedures.

• Expert level knowledge of planning, scheduling and queueing methods and practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.

• Results oriented, highly motivated, able to work independently while balancing multiple priorities at a time.

• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient working with software applications including Microsoft Office applications.

Working Conditions:

• Office environment.

• Approximately 5% travel to various depot locations is required for this role. Valid class G drivers' license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is needed.
