Manager, Learning Solutions Operations
to help us grow to the next level and meet the growing demand for our services. In this role you'll work with internal staff and external clients to support the delivery and continuous improvement of external client-facing facilitated programs designed for organizations, HR professionals, and leaders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedule training and coaching programs end-to-end by confirming dates based on client requirements and facilitator availability, securing client approval, while balancing delivery targets.
- Manage and develop a team of 2 Coordinators and 1 Co-op responsible for supporting training sessions, launching programs in the LMS (Docebo), collecting feedback, and responding to client and learner inquiries.
- Own and launch data-driven product and process improvements by identifying opportunities aligned with member and market needs and delivering actionable recommendations for implementation.
- Lead the end-to-end management of learning programs in Docebo, including planning, configuration, collaborating with system administrators, while driving continuous improvements for program effectiveness.
- Audit Salesforce reports to ensure accuracy of delivery hours, facilitator targets, and timely use of client entitlements to reduce backlog for Learning Solutions products.
- Oversee the delivery feedback collection process, ensuring insights are communicated internally in actionable, practical, and member-centric ways, and support improvements to related research when needed.
- Provide training to sales teams on Learning Solutions products and processes to enable effective sales support.
- Foster a high-performing team culture by setting clear goals, providing coaching and feedback, managing workload and priorities, and promoting collaboration to achieve operational excellence.
Education & Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Product Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. MBA is an asset.
- 4+ years' experience in operations, product management, project management, and/or process improvement.
- Previous experience managing people is considered an asset.
- Experience in HR processes or collaboration with HR teams is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint platform(s), Docebo is considered an asset.
