Pay Rate: $22–$24 per hour

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other equipment to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, or other powered industrial trucks
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers
  • Move materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks
  • Conduct equipment inspections before and after use to ensure safety and maintenance
  • Assist in picking, packing, and shipping orders when required
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces in accordance with safety regulations
  • Accurately document inventory movement and report discrepancies
  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid forklift license/certification is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or industrial setting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory systems is an asset

Working Conditions:

  • Working in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures
  • Standing, walking, lifting, and operating machinery throughout the shift
  • Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required
