Sidewalk Crew Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a sidewalk snow removal crew of up to 3 team members
- Ensure timely and thorough snow and ice removal from sidewalks and pedestrian access points on commercial properties
- Operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently, including ride-on machines, Gravely units, backpack blowers, and other related tools
- Train and support crew members in proper operation, safety, and efficiency standards
- Maintain site safety, ensuring all team members adhere to company and local safety policies
Track and report crew time, site completion, and any maintenance or operational issues
Minimum 2 years of professional snow removal experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (clean abstract preferred)
- Proven ability to operate large commercial snow removal equipment
- Experience towing and maneuvering a truck and trailer
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and manage others effectively
- Available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and on-call during snow events
