Calgary, Canada Smith's Gardening Service LTD Full time

**Job Summary**

Smith’s Gardening Service is looking for snow removal crew members to grow within our company. The job entails working minimum 12hr. shifts shoveling, sweeping, or blowing snow with a crew and equipment. 3 am start times are mandatory along with a valid class 5 drivers licence and own transportation to the shop every morning of a snowfall. We are offering a 40 hour bi weekly guarantee. Each crew member will be guaranteed 40 hours pay whether they work or not. If the crew member works over the 40 hours they will be compensated for the hours worked over and above. MUST BE RELIABLE, MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Clearing snow from sidewalks and commercial buildings as early as 3 am for 12 hours.
