What you'll do

- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development and address any special education needs.
- Utilize early intervention techniques to help children overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
- Conduct assessments, including standardized testing, to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Provide individualized tutoring sessions to enhance learning outcomes for all students.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children through attentive toddler care and adherence to child welfare standards.
- Maintain organized classroom management practices that encourage exploration and discovery.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Proven experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong background in curriculum development with an emphasis on Montessori methods.

- Familiarity with behavior management techniques tailored for young learners.
