**Overview**

**Duties**
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to early childhood development stages
- Support children with special needs or disabilities, ensuring inclusive classroom practices
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and social-emotional growth
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and specialists to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities using computer operation skills
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills
- Lead small group activities and assist in classroom management to promote positive behavior
- Use effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and team members professionally
- Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with licensing regulations and best practices

**Experience**
- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is preferred
- Experience with special education or working with children with disabilities is advantageous
- Classroom teaching experience demonstrating leadership and organizational skills is desirable
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French enhances communication with diverse populations
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including child development milestones
- Familiarity with computer skills such as basic computer operation, record keeping, and report writing
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a dynamic environment

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour
