We're Hiring

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team for an 18-month maternity leave coverage. This role is all about supporting our people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires and make sure everything is ready for their first day.
  • Organize training and certifications for employees and keep records up to date.
  • Manage drug and alcohol testing and other project compliance requirements.
  • Maintain employee data in our HR systems and help improve processes.
  • Support performance management, training, and development programs.
  • Jump in on projects and help where needed—teamwork is key here
What We're Looking For
  • Experience with UKG, WorkHub and M365 products, especially Excel and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help others succeed.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Previous HR education and/or experience is an asset, but we value initiative and a willingness to learn.
