What You Will Accomplish With Us
As a
Telemarketing Agent
, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Promote MRa insurance products to members of professional associations and corporations through targeted phone calls;
  • Contact members by phone to schedule appointments with our representatives;
  • Analyze the client files assigned to you;
  • Enter client data and code calls in the system.

What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role
We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a high school diploma (DES);
  • Has at least 6 months of experience in customer service and solicitation (call center experience is an asset);
  • Is recognized for their energy and interpersonal skills;
  • Stands out for courtesy and organizational skills;
  • Demonstrates autonomy and attention to detail;
  • Has basic computer knowledge.
