The **Agent (Ontario)** develops new business within assigned territory. Ensures that the interests of the company and the client are best served through effective relationships with policyholders as well as Underwriting, Claims and other home office staff. Provides assistance to Risk Underwriting in gathering relevant information on debtors and/or policyholders.

**Key Responsibilities/What You Do**:

- Develop sufficient number of prospects through telemarketing, direct mail leads, third party referrals (banks, insurance brokers, etc.), trade associations and other sources.
- Weekly appointments with potential clients
- Cold Calling every day/week
- Properly demonstrate all features and benefits that are specific to each individual customer
- Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through high quality service and perform follow-ups with clients to ensure they are completely satisfied
- Obtain knowledge of the market through research, trade associations and relationship development.
- Effectively plan and execute sales strategy

**Key Requirements/What You Bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business management, finance or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of business to business sales experience preferred in financial services/credit environment.
- Significant knowledge of global and local economy and trends
- Must be familiar with Sales Funnel methodology and process.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to convince, motive and influence internal stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
- Goal-oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence and determination.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong communication (verbal and written)

Fournir une assistance à la souscription des risques dans la collecte d'informations pertinentes sur les débiteurs et/ou les titulaires de police.

**Responsabilités Clés / Ce Que Vous Faites**:

- Développer un nombre suffisant de prospects grâce au télémarketing, au publipostage, aux références de tiers (banques, courtiers d'assurance, etc.), associations professionnelles et autres sources.
- Utiliser des techniques de vente consultatives pour gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente, y compris; comprendre les besoins commerciaux du prospect, obtenir et en soumettant une demande complète, en identifiant les principaux comptes du prospect et en convertissant la demande en police.
- Rendez-vous hebdomadaires avec des clients potentiels
- Appels à froid tous les jours / semaine
- Démontrer correctement toutes les fonctionnalités et avantages spécifiques à chaque client
- Développer et maintenir une clientèle fidèle grâce à un service de haute qualité et effectuer des suivis auprès des clients pour s'assurer qu'ils sont entièrement satisfait
- Acquérir une connaissance du marché grâce à la recherche, aux associations commerciales et au développement de relations.
- Planifier et exécuter efficacement la stratégie de vente

**Exigences Clés/Ce Que Vous Apportez**:

- Baccalauréat en gestion d'entreprise, finance ou discipline connexe.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente interentreprises de préférence dans l'environnement des services financiers/crédit.
- Connaissance significative de l'économie mondiale et locale et tendance
- Doit être familier avec la méthodologie de l'entonnoir de vente et processus.
- Connaissance d'Excel, Word et PowerPoint
- Sens aigu des affaires et capacité à s'engager dans un processus consultatif processus de vente avec des décideurs de haut niveau.
- Antécédents démontrés de réussite dans la vente de produits B2B et / ou services aux cadres supérieurs (PDG, directeurs financiers, directeurs de l'exploitation, vice-présidents Finances, etc.)
- Capacité à convaincre, motiver et influencer en interne parties prenantes
- Solides compétences en négociation.
- Excellentes compétences en communication interpersonnelle.
- Capacité d'interagir avec tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
- Orienté vers les objectifs pour atteindre les objectifs grâce à l'auto-motivation, persévérance et détermination.
