Position: Automotive Service Advisor

Location: Tabangi Service Centre

Salary: $65,000 +

Hours: Full-Time/Weekends required

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice on service needs, repairs, and maintenance.

Recommend the best solutions for customers' vehicles while explaining repair and service options in a clear, understandable manner.

Coordinate appointments and maintain an organized schedule to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish.

Work closely with the technicians to communicate service details and updates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Previous automotive experience and a strong passion for the industry.

Customer-first mentality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving skills: Ability to provide solutions quickly and efficiently.
