**Job Summary**
We are reopening a Midas Service Centre and seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers. Your automotive knowledge and strong customer service skills will be essential to provide exceptional customer service while developing long-term relationships with our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure proper understanding of customer's needs.
- Provide accurate information regarding required and/or recommended repairs and maintenance on customers vehicles.
- Utilize upselling techniques to recommend additional services based on vehicle maintenance requirements and vehicle condition.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure clear communication regarding service requirements and timelines and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process invoicing and collect payment following repair completion.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized service counter and customer lounge area.

**Qualifications**
- 2 or more years of proven experience in automotive customer service.
- Automotive knowledge or background in automotive repair.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Ability to handle payment transactions accurately and responsibly.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task, and have flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
