Job Overview

We are seeking for part-time/full-time professional skilled and licensed Barbers/ Hairstylists to join our team. With minimum 3 years of experience. Must have some clientele and also in this role, you will provide exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in hair styling while building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Preform in all types of hairstyles, including short/long hair, african hair, fades, line-ups, shape-ups, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist with retail sales by promoting hair care products and upselling services to enhance client experience.
  • Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
  • Strong skills in hair styling, cutting, and grooming techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices and health regulations related to hair care.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
