Our guests explore world-famous destinations like Brazil, Argentina, Peru, France, Switzerland, Italy, Egypt, Morocco, Kenya, South Africa, and Japan—traveling in comfort with 4–5 star hotels, guided sightseeing, and seamless coordination.

We are hiring a Cantonese-speaking Tour Director to lead and manage tours of up to 45 passengers across multiple international destinations.

You will be on the road for between 10-20 days

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage large tour groups (up to 45 guests) across multiple countries.
  • Provide engaging cultural and historical commentary in Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Coordinate daily logistics: hotel check-ins, transfers, meals, and sightseeing schedules.
  • Work closely with local guides, transportation providers, and overseas partners.
  • Handle emergencies, travel changes, or guest concerns calmly and professionally.
  • Represent GoGo Tours with warmth, leadership, and top-tier guest service.
  • Maintain accurate tour documentation, expense records, and reports.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in Cantonese (required)
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (required)
  • Passionate about travel, people, and culture.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage group dynamics and provide leadership in diverse environments.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with long-haul travel and flexible schedules.
  • Valid passport and ability to obtain travel visas.
  • Prior tour leading, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset but not required—training will be provided.

Job Type

  • Global travel: approximately 80% of the year
  • Base location: Toronto, ON (or other major hub city)

Compensation

  • Salary: Competitive (based on experience and performance)
  • Daily travel allowance and all on-tour expenses covered
  • Annual performance bonus potential
