Richmond Hill, Canada Mon Sheong Foundation Full time

**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Director of Chinese School and Principal of Summer Camp, the incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support and teaching assistant to the Summer Camp of Mon Sheong Foundation Chinese School.

**Main Duties**:

- Facilitate students’ registration and related administrative work including but not limited to maintaining student files and keeping inventory of Summer Camp equipment and supplies;
- Assist with the preparation of Summer Camp program materials;
- Support Teachers in designing programs;
- Run classroom activities and maintain order within the classroom;
- Other duties as may be assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary education in progress;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities;
- Bilingual in English and Chinese, both oral and written, is preferred.

**Other Requirements**:
All summer student positions are funded to promote employment opportunities for students. The position and duration of it are based on funding approval. To be eligible for the program, job applicants should meet the following criteria:

- be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment;
- be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under _the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act*_ for the duration of the employment and;
