Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our Richmond Hill team.

The ideal candidate will help clients plan unforgettable trips, manage tour bookings, and occasionally travel internationally (10–20 days per trip) to lead or accompany GoGo Tours groups in destinations such as Japan, France, Switzerland, Italy, South Africa, and Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide travel advice and consultation in person, by phone, and through email or chat.
  • Book group tours, flights, hotels, and travel insurance for clients.
  • Handle visa documentation and tour registration details.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by offering professional and friendly service.
  • Recommend destinations, itineraries, and travel products based on client needs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and overseas partners to confirm bookings.
  • Support group tour departures and resolve travel-related issues when needed.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Promote GoGo Tours' latest tour packages and special offers.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Previous experience in travel sales, tourism, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for travel and ability to handle multiple bookings and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and travel booking systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, GDS) is an asset.
  • Valid Canadian passport and ability to travel internationally (10–20 days per trip).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $42,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
