Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced S/4HANA Basis Lead Administrator to provide maintenance and support for our SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) environment. The role requires strong technical expertise in SAP Basis administration, with a solid understanding of integration between SAP BRIM and Contract Management (CM) components

Main Accountabilities:

  • Supporting SAP landscapes for large enterprises comprising large SAP portfolio.

  • Supporting SAP applications such SAP BRIM, S4/HANA, BW, BWA, Enterprise Portals and Fiori

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing SAP system refresh and system build

  • Should have good knowledge and experience in S4 HANA administration

  • Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting performance problems considering infrastructure, database, and SAP application server.

  • Co-ordination with Functional team, Hyper-Care support, Transport Setup, Performance optimization, Unit TestIntegration test support

  • Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring), Incident resolutions as per SLAs

Key desired Competencies / skills and experience:

  • Expertise in SAP BRIM architecture and related components (CI, FI-CA, SOM).

  • Understanding of SAP CM integration and its impact on BRIM processes.

  • Minimum 7-10 years in SAP System Admin/NW/Basis Administration/Technical architecting/delivery

  • Experience supporting HANA databases

  • Experience building the ABAP and Java systems using system copy methods

  • Should be strong in handling the system refresh activities on S/4HANA and BW

  • Should have strong experience in performing the system copy of SAP Enterprise portal and Netweaver Fiori systems

  • Experience installing and supporting both SAP ABAP and Java AS installations

  • Experience with Enterprise Portals with FPN, Fiori and BW Accelerator

Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies.

  • Distributed installations (ASCS, ERS, PAS AAS), Pacemaker to support HANA High Availability.

  • Understanding of Network Load Balancers, F5 NetScaler, or Web dispatcher.

  • Collaborate with peers on the direction and roadmap for SAP Basis infrastructure in an enterprise-class environment.

  • Very strong problem-solving skills, with proven ability to analyze and determine root cause and resolution for complex issues

Support Team Leadership:


• Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

  • Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs.

  • Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & - Integration test support
