Marketing Director – Role Overview
At Comtinuum Creative Solutions Inc., the Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's creative and strategic direction. This leadership position is responsible for guiding the agency's marketing strategies, ensuring client satisfaction, and developing campaigns that reflect both innovative thinking and measurable impact. The role requires a strong mix of creativity, leadership, and analytical skills to oversee marketing operations and deliver high-quality solutions for small and medium-sized businesses across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies across digital, print, and event channels.
Manage branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all client-facing and internal communications.
Supervise the development of creative content, including campaign visuals, digital assets, and corporate identity materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international and local clients, understanding their business needs and tailoring strategies accordingly.
Oversee the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics to measure ROI and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, copywriters, and account managers, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Mentor and guide junior marketing staff, fostering professional development and creative innovation.
Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings to strengthen brand presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior marketing or director-level role, preferably in an advertising agency or similar environment.
Proven track record of working with international clients, delivering multi-market strategies and solutions.
Strong leadership and project management abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing, branding, content creation, and media strategy.
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
