Human Resources Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for hourly employees.
  • Posting, and managing job advertisements, setting up and conducting interviews, and completion of reference checks.
  • Assist filling vacancies utilizing temporary agencies as required.
  • Conduct orientations and onboarding for new hires.
  • Regularly keep HR Manager informed of any issues or potential issues, and possible solutions.
  • Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3- 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize items.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy is critical in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to interact and build relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Must be able to establish credibility and handle confidential matters.
  • Ability to work onsite every day
  • Experience with HRIS Systems such as ADP, Workday.
  • Competent in computer software such as MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
