Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surrey, BC, for a Dealing Representatives position. Responsibilities include assisting in raising investment capital, managing client relationships, supporting investors in understanding and navigating mortgage investment opportunities, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will work closely with the team to increase investment growth and provide excellent service to clients while contributing to the company's overall objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial acumen, particularly in mortgage lending, investment strategies, and familiarity with RRSPs, TFSAs, and LIRAs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience with financial compliance and knowledge of regulatory requirements within Canadian lending markets
  • Ability to analyze investment opportunities and provide strategic insights
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in the mortgage or investment industry is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
