$432 Weekly for Security and Cleaning

PHARA is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to join our team.

You will play a vital role to the organization by providing clean, well-maintained, and secure buildings and grounds at PHARA's three North Bay locations: 280 Oakwood Avenue, 200 Oakwood Avenue, and 122 Massey Drive in North Bay, Ontario. This position is generally evening and weekends, includes on-call and responding to calls.

This position requires the successful candidate to live on site at our 280 Oakwood Avenue location. On-call shifts are from 4:30 pm to 8:30 am the next business day.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in facility cleaning, basic maintenance, and security.

· Sound knowledge of WHMIS.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Valid G2 or G driver's licence, insurance, and access to personal vehicle is an asset.

· Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

INCLUDED IN EMPLOYMENT

· This is a contract position.

· 3-bedroom apartment with Hydro.

· $225 weekly for Security, including on-call.

· 10.5 hours cleaning/week at $19.77/hour.

· 4.8% in lieu of benefits.

· Cellphone allowance.
