Join our team as a heavy-duty / superintendent at a residential condominium building We are seeking an experienced cleaner available to work Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 5pm.

Requirements:

  • Experience in cleaning and maintenance
  • Must have experience in heavy-duty cleaning / superintendent duties
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Living close to the building is appreciated
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels within the organization
