Description:

Carpet Installer Contractors required for occasional contract-basis projects.

Prep'n Sell is a general contracting company in the home renovations business. Our jobs range from small to large. We provide a 'One Call Does It All' service for our clients.

We are currently looking for individual professional flooring installers or small teams already working in the industry, with experience in:

  • Carpet installation and carpet removal
  • Underpadding installation and subfloor preparation
  • Vinyl, laminate, and hardwood installation (an asset)
  • Stair carpeting (caps, runners, winders)
  • Trim, transitions, and finishing work
  • Minor handyman-style repairs related to flooring
  • Basic drywall or painting touch-ups (an asset)

Requirements:

  • skilled, quality workmanship, jobs done right the first time, accountability for incorrect or sub-par work, agree to honour our 1-year warranty on your work.
  • follow directions & do what needs to be done.
  • maintain clean & efficient work area, remove debris & clean up after each job, take appropriate care to protect client's property & prevent problems before they happen.
  • reliable, punctual, professional, courteous manner.
  • provide own unmarked transportation and well-maintained tools.
  • able to travel to jobs between Coquitlam and Port Moody.
  • take pride in providing excellent quality workmanship.
  • work independently or bring a 2 or 3 person crew when needed.
  • recognition that customer satisfaction is the absolute priority.
