Position: Veterinary Receptionist

Location: Edmonton West Animal Hospital

Main Duties:

  • Answer phones promptly and professionally, booking appointments with precision
  • Provide friendly interaction with clients and animals, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entire hospital
  • Welcome clients and efficiently check them in for appointments
  • Manage appointment flow to optimize scheduling
  • Assist with various office-related duties to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements:

  • Previous veterinary experience is preferred
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
