**Position: Veterinary Receptionist**

**Main Duties**:

- Answer phones promptly and professionally, booking appointments with precision
- Provide friendly interaction with clients and animals, ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entire hospital
- Welcome clients and efficiently check them in for appointments
- Manage appointment flow to optimize scheduling
- Assist with various office-related duties to keep operations running smoothly

**Requirements**:

- Previous veterinary experience is preferred
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Passion for animal care and customer service excellence
