Job Summary:

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our clients, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and placements. You should have hands-on experience in agency recruiting and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple verticals (IT, non-IT, light industrial, healthcare, etc. as applicable).
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods (job boards, social media, referrals, networking).
  • Screen candidates through interviews, background checks, and reference verifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
  • Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, and manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for recurring or high-volume positions.
  • Negotiate offers, close candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Meet weekly/monthly placement targets and recruitment KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a staffing/recruitment agency (mandatory).
  • Proven success in high-volume or specialized recruiting.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with major job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in employment agency is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
