Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our employment agency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations, ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where HR strategies directly impact company growth and culture. The HR Specialist will utilize their expertise in recruiting, HRIS systems, employment law, and employee engagement to support our organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various levels using tools.
- Scheduling employees everyday as per client requirements.
- Conduct employment & labor law compliance reviews and ensure HR policies align with legal standards.
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluation processes, and performance management programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments to understand staffing needs and provide tailored talent acquisition solutions.
- Utilize social media management and lead generation techniques for effective talent sourcing and employer branding.
- Support employee relations initiatives by addressing concerns promptly and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Assist in training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth pathways including succession planning.
- Conduct research on market trends to improve recruiting strategies and talent management practices.
- Lead negotiations on employment contracts and manage employment & labor law compliance issues.
- Engage in relationship management with external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize hiring processes.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or talent acquisition roles with familiarity in recruiting at a staffing companies
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employment law compliance, employee orientation, contracts management, and employee evaluation processes.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms for recruitment marketing, and lead generation tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques including cold calling and research methodologies for talent acquisition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
