Your Role in the Domino's Team-
Customer Service:
- Greet guests warmly, whether on the phone or in person.
- Receive and process telephone orders efficiently.
- Accurately take in-person and phone orders, and handle transactions using a POS system.
- Provide exceptional guest service and answer menu questions.
Food Preparation and Service:
- Prepare and serve food items according to Domino's recipes and standards.
- Assemble food items and prepare produce for toppings.
- Perform minor food prep tasks like portioning ingredients.
Operational Support:
- Operate all equipment safely and effectively.
- Keep work areas clean and organized; restock supplies.
- Follow food safety regulations and perform cleaning duties.
Team Support:
- Work as a team with coworkers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Assist in training and orienting new team members.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive team environment.
- Foster positive working relationships with managers and coworkers.
