Join Our Team Dental Receptionist Wanted at a Busy Dental Practice

We are a modern, fast-paced dental practice focused on comprehensive patient care and clinical excellence — and we're looking for a Dental Receptionist to be the warm and professional face of our office.

Position: Permanent Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

Start Date: "Immediately"

About the Role:

As our front-desk ambassador, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our patients and supporting our clinical team. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage insurance claims and pre-authorizations
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years experience in a dental or medical office
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Proficiency with dental software (ABELDent an asset but not required)
  • We are looking to change to ClearDent software in the future
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
