Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to established recipes and standards
  • Cook and assemble dishes efficiently during service hours, ensuring timely delivery to guests
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients
  • Assist with cleaning and organizing kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment
  • Support the team in maintaining a smooth workflow during busy hours
  • Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Skills

  • Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
  • Excellent serving skills with a focus on teamwork and communication
