Bilingual Human Resource Generalist /Senior Generalist

Are you a people-focused HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment?  We're looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist /Senior Generalist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our sales offices across Canada. This is a great opportunity to put your HR generalist skills into action while making a real impact on employees and leaders across the country.

What You'll Do: 

Provide day-to-day HR support to our sales offices nationwide, both remotely and through occasional on-site visits.Support recruitment and staffing needs, including vacancies, promotions, and transfers.Partner with managers and employees on employee and employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices. Maintain and support our HR Information System and employee data management. Assist with benefits, payroll coordination, and HR planning.Take on special HR projects that help us improve processes and employee experience.Build strong, trusted relationships with employees and leaders, becoming their go-to HR partner.

What We're Looking For:

      University degree in a related field, Certificate in HR Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.       At least 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee and labour relations.      Experience supporting multiple sites or regions, ideally in a sales, manufacturing, or service-based environment.      Willingness and ability to travel across Canada (approx. 15 – 25%).      Strong communication skills in both English and French.      Proficiency with HR Information Systems and other HR technologies.      Ability to build relationships and provide guidance at all levels of the organization.     Organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.     Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
