Aperçu du rôle

À titre de Spécialiste en performance mentale, vous accompagnerez les clients dans le développement d'habiletés mentales et comportementales favorisant la performance, le bien-être et la constance. Il s'agit d'un poste non clinique et supervisé, axé sur la psychoéducation, les habiletés mentales et les stratégies de changement de comportements.

Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec des kinésiologues, entraîneurs et autres professionnels au sein d'une équipe intégrée.

Responsabilités principales

  • Offrir des séances structurées de psychoéducation (gestion du stress, motivation, concentration, habitudes, confiance)
  • Accompagner les clients dans la fixation d'objectifs et le changement de comportements
  • Effectuer des suivis réguliers et documenter la progression
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe Fitfive dans l'élaboration des plans de soutien
  • Participer au développement d'outils et de ressources en performance mentale
  • Maintenir des limites professionnelles et éthiques claires et référer au besoin
  • Compléter la documentation et les tâches administratives requises

Profil recherché

  • Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en psychologie (ou domaine connexe)
  • Intérêt marqué pour la psychologie appliquée, la performance ou la santé
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication
  • Professionnalisme, fiabilité et ouverture à la supervision

Fitfive | Interdisciplinary Health & Performance Center

Fitfive is an interdisciplinary health and performance center integrating physical training, recovery, and mental performance services. We are seeking a recent psychology graduate who is passionate about applied psychology, mental skills, and behavior change to join our team.

This position is intended for someone early in their career who is looking to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship, and grow within a collaborative, performance-focused environment.

Role Overview

As a Mind Performance Specialist, you will support clients in developing mental and behavioral skills that promote performance, well-being, and consistency. This is a non-clinical, supervised position, focused on psychoeducation, mental skills development, and behavior change strategies.

You will work in collaboration with kinesiologists, coaches, and other professionals as part of an integrated team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured psychoeducation sessions (stress management, motivation, focus, habits, confidence)
  • Support clients with goal setting and behavior change
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and document client progress
  • Collaborate with the Fitfive team in developing support plans
  • Contribute to the development of mental performance tools and resources
  • Maintain clear professional and ethical boundaries and refer clients when appropriate
  • Complete required documentation and administrative tasks

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology (or a related field)
  • Strong interest in applied psychology, performance, or health
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professionalism, reliability, and openness to supervision

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $62,000.00-$94,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 7 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC H3K 1W4
