We recently raised our Series C and are looking for great talent to join us on this rocket ship **THE ROLE**: As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Life House, you will focus on improving the revenue performance of our client properties. You will create, execute, and report on marketing campaigns for dozens of hotels and will be responsible for helping the revenue team achieve its monthly goals. You will understand the nuances of the different regions and properties and use logic and data to inform your decision making. You will be supported by our Business Intelligence and Revenue Analytics teams. In this role you will collaborate with property asset management, design, and brand marketing to execute thoughtful and ROI focused marketing campaigns. We hope you join us **WHAT YOU'LL DO**: - Work with cross functional teams to establish growth strategies that support revenue goals - Create, manage, and experiment with new property campaigns to deliver efficient marketing ROAS across all Life House properties - Analyze and monitor revenue performance data to uncover areas for opportunity and improvement - Develop and deliver marketing performance analyses and campaign recommendations for marketing and product leaders - Work with leadership to set monthly paid digital marketing strategy and budget across all client properties - Lead the marketing onboarding of new client properties - Ideate and execute demand generating marketing campaigns that deliver incremental revenue to our properties **REQUIREMENTS**: - Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of digital marketing experience with strong analytical skills - Understanding of digital marketing principles and metrics - Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment - Ability to problem solve, think creatively, question effectively, and strive for improvement - Ability to learn and adapt quickly (including efficiently ramping-up on our products and services) - Highly organized and autonomous, with effective time management skills **BENEFITS**: - Competitive salary - Unlimited PTO with a $1,200 travel stipend - Hotel discounts at Life House Hotels - Wellness benefits - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Fully remote available -Including home office stipend.
