Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Contract until March 31, 2026

Up to 15 hours in a 2-week pay period

March 2, 2026 to March 20, 2026 Monday to Friday

Position summary: The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the agency. This position is suited to individuals with an interest in developmental services.

We are looking for applicants who are:

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Complete routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning and printing documents
  • Physical and electronic filing
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Monitor agency email account
  • Update and maintain agency website
  • Additional administrative duties, as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; a college diploma in Office or Business Administration is preferred
  • Submission of a clear criminal record check including vulnerable sector screening for review
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification (emergency level or higher)
  • A valid full G class driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and $1,000,000 liability coverage
