Muttluks — the original maker of dog boots and other premium pet gear — is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Office Administrator to join our pack.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role in a technical, fast-moving environment that requires precision, adaptability, and heart. You'll be at the centre of our operations — ensuring orders flow smoothly, systems stay in sync, and our customers receive the outstanding service Muttluks is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service emails with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Process and verify online and wholesale orders across multiple platforms
  • Cross-reference and maintain data accuracy across integrated systems (Shopify, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system sync or data issues
  • Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed

Who You Are

  • Passionate about dogs, animals, and nature
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
  • Able to navigate multiple digital tools and platforms with ease
  • A strong communicator — both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently, yet collaborative and attuned to team energy
  • Reliable, calm under pressure, and naturally proactive
  • Tech-savvy (experience with Shopify, QuickBooks, Excel/Sheets, or similar platforms is a big plus)
