As Manager, Service Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical and work execution side of our service business across all lines in Kamloops—including shop, field, new equipment preparation, welding, and undercarriage. This position is critical to ensuring customer expectations for equipment service and maintenance are consistently exceeded while driving branch performance. We are looking for a strategic, knowledgeable leader who can set the vision, develop operational plans, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
