YOUR IMPACT

As a Senior Manager, Business Analyst, you will partner with leaders across the Chief Digital Office (CDO) and Finance to bring discipline, transparency, and insight to financial and operational decision-making. Your work will support effective governance, improved efficiency, and informed investment decisions across the Canadian business.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Partner with the Canadian FP&A team to establish and maintain financial management processes that support cost discipline and informed decision-making
• Support business leaders with budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational priorities
• Analyze cost structures and provide insights that help leaders align investments with business outcomes
• Support the development, review, and submission of business cases in collaboration with FP&A and business stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation that enables tracking of financial performance against plans
• Establish and support cost approval processes and cost optimization initiatives
• Work with CDO teams to simplify and streamline processes across teams and functions
• Deliver quarterly KPI reporting with clear, actionable insights and recommendations
• Assess the effectiveness of existing KPIs and recommend improvements to ensure meaningful performance measurement
• Design and support automation initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and required controls

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Degree in Business or a related discipline, Business Analysis certification, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operational analysis, or a related role
• 3+ years of experience in leadership
• Strong experience working with financial data, budgets, forecasts, and business cases
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and translate it into clear, practical recommendations
• Proven experience driving process improvement and operational efficiency
• Strong communication skills, with experience working directly with senior and executive stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and managing competing priorities
• Solid project management and documentation skills, including current-state analysis and future-state definition
• High standards for accuracy, quality, and accountability

This is a global role supporting clients/employees in North America and Europe and requires fluency in French & English.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $155,000; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
