We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
- Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and collect necessary paperwork
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Handle general clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a medical or wellness clinic preferred
- Proficient in using Antibex software for scheduling
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanour with a customer service mindset
