Role Description

This is a remote internship position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, creating plans to reach potential customers, and managing customer service inquiries. Responsibilities include providing product training, supporting sales operations, and participating in campaigns to drive lead generation and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences
  • Experience or interest in sales and sales management
  • Ability to deliver training sessions to clients and team members to enhance understanding
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in digital tools and familiarity with basic marketing techniques is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
