Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 salary + quarterly performance bonus

About the Role
We are a premium, multi-location hospitality brand seeking a Brand Experience Manager (Store Manager) to oversee two locations.
This is a senior leadership role focused on building high-performing teams and delivering a consistently elevated guest experience. Success in this role is measured through strong execution, accountability, and results across both locations.
Guest experience is at the core of everything we do and is brought to life through thoughtful leadership, clear standards, and well-designed systems that support the team every day.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Leadership & Accountability
- Lead, coach, and develop team leads and front-line staff
- Set clear expectations and uphold performance standards
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance documentation
- Make hiring, onboarding, and termination decisions when required
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Guest Experience & Brand Standards
- Own the end-to-end guest experience across two locations
- Ensure service standards are consistently executed by the team
- Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and mystery shop results
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and care to drive loyalty
Operations & Performance
- Oversee daily operations across two locations
- Maintain systems for scheduling, training, cleanliness, inventory, and organization
- Review P&Ls, labour reports, and cost performance
- Create schedules that balance service excellence with labour targets
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and results
Growth & Initiative
- Proactively bring forward ideas to improve performance and execution
- Support local promotions and operational initiatives
- Leave the business more organized, consistent, and high-performing than you found it
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of people-management experience
- Experience leading multi-unit or complex operations is an asset
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Comfortable reviewing P&Ls and labour reports
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Confident making decisions and managing performance
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
