Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by developing and managing strong POS relationships
  • Execute business development initiatives to increase distribution and in-store visibility
  • Manage accounts end-to-end, including merchandising, demos, promotions, and shelf space
  • Ensure consistent execution of Nespresso brand standards and customer experience
  • Educate and influence store teams on products, innovations, and programs
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and support sell-out initiatives
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and support retail negotiations
  • Visit stores regularly based on territory priorities
  • Support national campaigns, product launches, and promotional execution
  • Provide regular reporting and ensure compliance with Match Retail and Nespresso policies

What Will Make You Successful:

  • A strong sales mindset, with a passion for winning at retail and driving measurable results
  • Proven ability to influence store-level decision-makers and close opportunities
  • Highly organized, proactive, and disciplined approach to territory and account management
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced field environment
  • Ability to balance relationship-building with execution excellence

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2–3 years of sales or trade marketing experience, ideally within FMCG or luxury brands
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian retail market
  • Proven success in outside sales and account management
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory
  • Results-driven, autonomous, and business-focused
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to demonstrate products and influence sell-through
  • Comfortable training retail associates and working independently in a remote territory
  • Flexible, adaptable, and available for occasional evenings and weekends

Why Join Match Retail?

  • Full-time contract opportunity with three weeks of vacation
  • Competitive annual salary with performance-based bonus (details to be confirmed)
  • Gas reimbursement and mobile phone allowance
  • Opportunity to represent a premium global brand with strong retail presence
