Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person

Schedule: 6 Days per Week

Compensation:

  • Monthly Salary: $2,500–$5000 CAD (Negotiable)
  • Performance-Based Bonus (linked to monthly sales targets)

About Tress L'ounge Canada

Tress L'ounge Canada is a leading luxury salon and spa brand committed to delivering world-class guest experiences, premium services, and a culture of excellence. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Salon Manager to lead operations at one or more of our corporate locations.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can balance team leadership, administrative management, guest experience, and sales performance while collaborating closely with the HQ team and HR.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Leadership & Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring exceptional guest experience
  • Lead, coach, and motivate salon team to deliver high standards of service
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and operational protocols
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand environment

HQ & HR Collaboration

  • Work closely with HQ and HR to align on salon team needs, recruitment, training, and operational initiatives
  • Coordinate with corporate teams to implement campaigns, promotions, and standards
  • Provide regular updates and reports on store performance, salon team, and guest satisfaction

Sales & Business Performance

  • Drive sales of services, memberships, and retail products to achieve monthly targets
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for growth
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives in alignment with corporate goals

Administrative & Reporting

  • Manage scheduling, compensation, and team performance evaluations
  • Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation for HQ review
  • Support virtual meetings and communications with corporate leadership

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of management experience in a luxury salon, spa, hotel, or wellness environment
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage budgets
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HQ teams, HR, and cross-functional departments
  • Bonus: Multilingual (English + Hindi) or experience with corporate salon operations
