Role Description

This part-time on-site Customer Supply Chain Support role is based in Burnaby, BC. This is a customer-facing, on-site position, in which time is spent between our warehouse and our customer's multiple locations.

Responsibilities include replenishing and maintaining vending machines to ensure optimal stock levels, monitoring inventory, and ensuring timely refills. The role also involves inspecting machines for functionality, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within assigned service areas, with the goal being to provide a seamless and positive customer experience.

The refiller will be driving a company pickup truck or a van to travel between warehouse and customer locations.

Qualifications

  • Valid BC Class 5 driver's license
  • Able and willing to lift maximum 50lbs
  • Ability to handle replenishment tasks, including stocking and organizing products efficiently within vending machines.
  • Ability to learn and master the proprietary ERP system.
  • Basic technical aptitude to monitor and ensure the functionality of vending machines while addressing basic operational issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and reliability in performing tasks accurately and within set schedules.
  • Self-motivation to work independently and adapt to the demands of an on-site role.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, inventory management, or related fields is an asset but not mandatory.
