Job Description:

Rome Station is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Specialist to lead our digital brand presence. This role requires strong storytelling ability, a polished understanding of luxury aesthetics, and the capability to deliver content that resonates with discerning, high-end clients.

The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury fashion, brings fresh ideas, and understands how to drive growth using short-form content, analytics, and brand-first thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage monthly brand and content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Red
  • Conduct competitor analysis, audience insights, and trend research to guide brand positioning
  • Build and execute content pillars and campaign calendars
  • Create compelling short-form content (filming, editing, publishing) aligned with brand tone
  • Write high-quality captions, hooks, hashtag and on-brand messaging intentionally
  • Use data analytics to evaluate performance and optimize strategy
  • Work with the team on new product launches, seasonal campaigns, brand storytelling, and promotional initiatives
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, visual direction, and luxury aesthetic across all channels

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years of brand management, social media strategy, or content marketing experience in fashion, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle
  • Strong English writing ability and mastery of brand voice
  • Ability to independently create a full content plan, not just individual posts
  • Skilled in competitive research, social trends, and strategic positioning
  • Experience with photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

Passion for luxury fashion, influencer or content creator experience is a strong plus.
