We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef eager to join our dynamic team of elite hospitality professionals who redefine luxury service and guest experience on a daily basis.

Work along side Executive Chef, Stefan Hartmann, and bring forth new ideas and culinary creations
Requirements:
Creative and innovative with strong attention to detail
Availability for evening and weekend shifts
Work within budget guidelines
Effective communicator and staff motivator
Rounded knowledge of French and international influenced cuisine
Overseeing the planning & coordination of restaurant, room service, banquets & special functions
Assists Executive Chef with training of new staff
Ensure health & safety guidelines are strictly followed
Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
Medical, dental, extended health care, pension, life insurance benefits are provided
Skills & experience of the ideal candidate:
- Minimum of five years as leadership experience in a similar environment
- Outstanding culinary skills
- Menu planning experience and food design an asset
- Must have good communication skills in English
- Energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking, professional, with the capacity to perform multiple tasks with a creative mind
- Very flexible with the ability to work additional hours as required
