Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities.

This role requires strong service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
  • Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
  • Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any maintenance issues.
  • Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or safety hazards observed during cleaning activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
  • Strong service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in all areas of responsibility.
